Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, campaign approvals, compliance, and legal review of published materials where applicable.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Clients retain ownership of their data submitted to the Services.

By using the Services, you grant The Hub Central the limited right to process data necessary to deliver the Services, maintain backups, improve system functionality, and provide analytics and reporting.

The Hub Central does not sell customer data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, documentation, and materials provided by The Hub Central are the exclusive property of The Hub Central or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, license, or sell any portion of the Services without written permission.

8. Service Availability

The Hub Central aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Hub Central’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hub Central and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

The Hub Central may suspend or terminate Services if Terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, or continued service presents legal or security risk.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of providing Services, including business strategies, financial data, technical documentation, and client records.

14. Modifications to Terms

The Hub Central may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Texas.
